Privacy Policy

Cutting Edge Closets & Design (“Cutting Edge,” “we,” “us”) designs, builds, and installs custom closets and storage for homes in Utah. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to ceclosets.com, to forms you fill out in our ads on Facebook and Instagram, and to calls, texts, and emails with our team.

We collect information you give us, including:

• Contact details: your name, phone number, email address, street address, and ZIP code.
• Project details: what you tell us about your project, measurements and photos of the space, and the designs and estimates we prepare for you.
• Messages: the calls, texts, emails, and website chat messages you exchange with us.
• Payment records: invoices and payment history. Card and bank details are entered with our payment processors. We do not store full card or bank account numbers.

When you submit a form in one of our Facebook or Instagram ads, Meta sends us the answers you entered on that form.

When you visit ceclosets.com we also record basic usage information, such as the pages viewed, the site or ad that referred you, and general device and browser information.

• To respond to your request and schedule a design consultation.
• To prepare designs and estimates, and to build and install your project.
• To send appointment, project, invoice, and payment messages.
• To provide warranty and follow-up service.
• To understand which of our ads and pages are useful, and to improve them.
• To keep the business, tax, and legal records we are required to keep.

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your request, appointment, or project. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts from us, or HELP for help.

We do not share mobile numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for that work. These include providers of website hosting, email and phone service, text messaging, scheduling, accounting and invoicing, payment processing, and advertising. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers, or others.

Photos of completed projects may appear in our online showroom and in our marketing. If you would like a photo of your project removed, contact us and we will take it down.

We keep project, invoice, and payment records for as long as we need them for warranty service and for tax and legal requirements. If you contacted us but did not become a customer, we keep your inquiry so we can follow up, and we delete it when you ask us to.

You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you, including information you submitted through a Facebook or Instagram form.

1. Email privacy@ceclosets.com with the subject “Delete my information,” or call (801) 225-6050.
2. Include the name, phone number, and email address you gave us so we can find your record.
3. We will confirm your request and delete your information within 30 days.

If you are or were a customer, we may need to keep certain records, such as invoices, payments, and warranty details, where the law or a legitimate business need requires it. We will tell you if that applies.

• Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
• Ask us to delete your information, as described above.
• Opt out of texts by replying STOP, and out of marketing emails by asking us.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, and we limit access to the people who need it to serve you. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy. When we do, we will post the new version here and change the effective date above.
